From the very beginning, Hazel, the owner, was amazing. She organised the whole trip flawlessly and was always on hand to answer any questions, which made us feel confident and excited even before we arrived. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organised, safe, and genuinely seamless. Doing the Ha Giang Loop with Ha Giang Loopers was hands down one of the best travel experiences of my life. The scenery is absolutely unreal, and every day brought something new and breathtaking. Our Easy Riders, Toan and Don, were incredible — skilled, professional, and made us feel completely safe the entire time. But more than that, they were kind, fun, and genuinely cared about us having the best possible experience. Toan shared stories, taught us about local culture and history, and always checked in to make sure we were comfortable and happy, which really made the trip extra special. The hotel and homestays, along with the food, were amazing — warm, welcoming, and authentic. Evenings spent laughing over dinners and sharing happy water with the group made the experience even more memorable. If you’re even slightly unsure about doing the Loop, do it — and do it with Ha Giang Loopers. It’s not just a motorbike tour; it’s an adventure you’ll remember forever. We did the 3 days / 2 nights private Ha Giang Loop with Ha Giang Loopers, and it was honestly one of the best experiences of our lives. We arrived in Ha Giang at around 3:00 AM, and they kindly provided us with a very comfortable private room so we could rest before starting the tour at 9:00 AM. That detail already showed us their level of care and professionalism. The motorbikes were in excellent condition, very comfortable — something extremely important considering the many hours spent riding each day. We chose a private tour, and it was definitely the right decision. Our easy riders were Trong and Hong, both very professional and attentive. They took us to all the best spots, always trying to avoid crowds and adapting the route based on real conditions. We would especially like to highlight Hong as our guide, as he brings a great sense of calm and confidence throughout the journey, along with deep knowledge of the region. The roads can be challenging, and we even had a full day of rain. Still, they handled everything perfectly, riding safely and smoothly. We always felt completely secure, which allowed us to relax and truly enjoy the experience. During the trip, we saw many other large groups, unfortunately with some reckless drivers and people who didn’t seem fully aware of the risks. This made us appreciate even more how professional and careful our team was. The accommodations were excellent, we slept very well every night, and the local food was always delicious and ready on time. The organization was also excellent: you can book with a small deposit and pay the remaining balance on arrival, which gives a lot of peace of mind. They can also arrange all transfers, both to get to Ha Giang and to continue your journey to your next destination. All of this is managed through great communication via messages or email with Hazel, who was always — truly always — available to help us and offer the best options. We also want to highlight her incredible support: due to the conflict in the Middle East, our flights were delayed and we had to change our dates at the last minute. Despite this, she reorganized everything for us so we wouldn’t miss the tour, even replying late at night. Her support was exceptional from start to finish. This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Riding through these landscapes on a motorbike makes everything feel much more intense and real. We are a couple in our late 40s, and this was easily one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. This is a local company that truly knows and takes pride in their region, and it shows in every detail. Highly recommended.

I’m emotional writing this review as my trip has come to an end. The past 3 days have been unforgettable, and an experience I will treasure for the rest of my life. The trip itself was fun, cultural, exciting, and absolutely delicious. The food throughout the entire trip was something I’ll try to recreate in my home kitchen, though I know I’ll never match the skill and flavor it had. We went to amazing home stays, learned about the culture and history of the Ha Giang villages, stopped for coffee and views, and countless picture perfect spots to take in the landscape and snap pictures. You will not be disappointed with this adventure, in fact you’ll be wishing you could start all over again the moment it ends. I frequently pinched myself throughout our trip, wishing I could stop time for even just a moment. Hazel was extremely helpful, communicative, and kind during our exchanges before, during and after the trip when booking/planning. However, this whole trip wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was without our easy ride drivers, Nhan Chung and Hoa. Traveling with a small group was the way to go. I felt safe, taken care of, and so so grateful to have such amazing guides to lead us on this trip. I can’t say enough nice things about Nhan Chung and Hoa. They are genuinely some of the best people I’ve met ever. I’m grateful to have spent the past 3 days with such fun, authentic, and respectful guides. 1000000/5 stars Do yourself a favor and have the experience of a lifetime with some incredible people and book with Ha Giang Loopers. Words truly cannot describe the experience we had on the Ha Giang Loop with Ha Giang Loopers and our incredible guide, Frank. Out of our group of five, four of us chose to ride our own motorcycles while one opted for the easy rider option. From the start, Hazel at Ha Giang Loopers made everything seamless. Her communication was excellent, and she helped tailor the perfect experience for our group. From day one, Frank was the MVP. He led with a genuine passion for sharing both the roads and the culture he grew up with. What started as a guided tour quickly turned into something much more. By the end of the journey, Frank felt like a trusted friend and teammate. His deep knowledge of Ha Giang and his willingness to share it is what elevated this trip from great to truly unforgettable. Once he assessed our riding ability, we were able to explore quieter, more local routes with incredible coffee stops along the way. The pace was safe, smooth, and never rushed. Even when getting passed aggressively and unsafely by the party tours, Frank stayed composed and always made our safety the top priority. We explored hidden waterfalls with no one else around but locals, and stayed at peaceful homestays that felt authentic and relaxing rather than crowded and party driven. The food was fantastic and the views at Frank’s favorite local coffee stops were amazing and not nearly as crowded as the standard stops. This is a premium experience in every sense, and every one of us felt genuinely sad when it came to an end. I cannot recommend Ha Giang Loopers enough for anyone looking for an immersive, unforgettable adventure in Ha Giang, Vietnam. Hazel and Frank, you are true professionals and were the highlight of our entire trip. We are incredibly grateful for the memories.

After doing extensive research to find a reputable local agency for the Ha Giang Loop, I came across Ha Giang Loopers, and I’m so glad I did. My top priority was safety, while still being able to fully enjoy and take in the breathtaking landscapes of Ha Giang. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. Hazel was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions and addressing every concern. She was also very accommodating and agreed to my requests without hesitation, which immediately gave me confidence in choosing them. We did the four-day tour, and everything was thoughtfully organized. Our lead guide "Yan" provided clear and detailed explanations of the itinerary, and we made frequent stops, about every 20 minutes to enjoy viewpoints, take photos, and truly appreciate the scenery. Along the way, we experienced so much: visiting a local market, swimming in a waterfall, eating on a bamboo raft, and stopping at a fabric-making workshop where we learned how villagers create and sell their handmade products. We ate local meals and hot pot, along with “happy water” and fun karaoke nights that made the experience even more memorable. A special thank you to our easy riders, "Long" and "Bac", who took great care of us throughout the journey. We were provided with proper protective gear, and the riding was always done at a safe and controlled pace, which I really appreciated. Thank you, Ha Giang Loopers, for such an incredible experience! Easily the best experience of my life and highlight of our Vietnam trip. The Ha Giang Loop completely exceeded every expectation. You can look at photos and hear people talk about it, but nothing compares to actually being there. The landscapes are unreal with endless winding roads through towering mountains, deep valleys, and insane views. But what made it even more special was how culturally immersive it felt. It wasn’t just about the scenery, it was about connecting with the local communities, learning about their way of life, and experiencing something so authentic and untouched. Every moment felt meaningful in a way that’s hard to find when traveling. What truly made the entire experience unforgettable, was our guide, Frank. He was hands down the best guide we could have asked for. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about the region, the culture, and the history, but he also brought such a genuine presence. You can tell he really cared about creating an experience that people will never forget. He took us on amazing excursions like hidden waterfalls, delicious local food spots, and created a unique experiences that we could have never done on our own. Beyond that, he fit in perfectly with our group. It never felt like he was just a guide, he felt like a friend traveling with us. He always made sure everyone was comfortable, safe, and having fun during the whole trip. Lastly, Ha Giang Loopers itself was incredible. Hazel, the owner, was so responsive, kind, and professional from start to finish. Without any doubt, this has been the number one travel experience of our lives so far—not only in Vietnam, but among all the trips we have ever taken around the world. Your company was recommended to us by some Australians we met by chance during our travels, and we are so happy that we chose to go with you. We traveled in a small group with only three other guests, who turned out to be wonderful people, so the journey was not only breathtaking in terms of scenery but also emotionally memorable thanks to the atmosphere created by your team. Tony (Toan) was our guide and also my driver. We honestly cannot imagine this trip being anywhere near as special, emotional, and unforgettable without him. He is a huge part of what makes this experience so exceptional, and we would recommend your company together with him without hesitation. We are sure you may have many excellent guides, but Tony truly stands out. His English is excellent, he is kind, respectful, professional, and incredibly attentive. He constantly checked whether everyone was comfortable, happy, and safe. He genuinely cared about every member of the group. Although he is a young man, he made us feel completely looked after throughout the entire journey. One of the most important things for us was safety. I do not normally ride motorcycles, yet I felt comfortable and secure at all times. The riding was smooth, responsible, and professional, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the experience. The landscapes of Ha Giang are simply beyond words. The views were breathtaking and often left us speechless. Many times we found ourselves recording not only the scenery but also our thoughts and emotions, just so we could remember these moments when we return home. The entire tour was perfectly organized. We were specifically looking for a company known for safety, small groups, beautiful accommodations, and authentic local experiences, and your company exceeded every expectation. The accommodations were wonderful, the food was delicious, and every detail seemed carefully planned. It is very rare for us to finish a trip and not be able to find a single thing that could have been done better. In this case, we honestly cannot think of one negative comment. Wir sind so froh, unsere Tour mit den Ha Giang Loopers gemacht zu haben. Hazel ist eine unglaublich liebe Organisatorin, die wirklich jederzeit verblüffend schnell zu erreichen ist und immer im Sinne der Gäste handelt. Aufgrund von gesundheitlichen Problemen mussten wir unsere Buchung 2x erst am Abend vorher um einen Tag verschieben. Wir mussten nur einen sehr geringen Aufpreis zahlen und Hazel machte zwei Mal alles möglich und bot sogar noch Hilfe mit Medikamenten an. Unser Tourguide Tony war ein Guide, den sich wahrscheinlich jeder wünscht: super Englisch, herzlich, lustig, einfühlsam und mit sehr viel Wissen über die Region, das er jederzeit gerne mit uns teilte. Er hatte immer ein Auge darauf, dass alle 4 Teilnehmer unserer Gruppe glücklich waren. Tony und Hazel halfen mir sogar (wieder ohne Aufpreis) eine Geburtstagstorte für meine Freundin zu organisieren. Alles super unkompliziert. Auch die drei weiteren Easy Rider waren jederzeit sehr auf unsere Sicherheit bedacht, bei Chung auf dem Motorrad habe ich mich immer sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch er ist ein sehr lustiger und herzlicher Mensch! Unsere Unterkünfte (die diese Company in der Regel immer ansteuert) waren auch super. Vor allem die zweite hat mich echt umgehauen, eine Holzhütte in den Bergen, mit traumhaften Ausblick direkt aus dem Bett. Hier war auch die Betreuung, das Essen, die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit erstklassig. Auch den Rücktransport nach Hanoi hat Hazel organisiert und natürlich wieder all unsere Spezialwünsche berücksichtigt. So waren wir 10 Mimuten mach Rückkehr von der Tour schon in der Limousine nach Hanoi. Letzter wichtiger Punkt: Anders als bei anderen Unternehmen wird hier keine positive Bewertung gefordert oder erwartet. Es wird lediglich am Ende kurz und zurückhaltend drauf hingewiesen, dass eine Bewertung helfen würde. Hier kann man sich aber darauf verlassen, dass Bewertungen authentisch sind. Das scheint nicht bei jedem Unternehmen ddr Fall zu sein. Wir wollten eine Premium-Tour zu fairem Preis. Eine kleine Gruppe, keine Party, stattdessem ein authentisches Erlebnis mit tollen Leuten in schöner Umgebung mit Fokus auf Sicherheit beim Fahren. Genau das haben wit bekommen. Und wir würden es jederzeit wieder machen!

Toan was our tour guide, and he made sure we felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire trip. His energy is contagious, and his knowledge really stands out. He shared interesting facts and stories along the way that added real depth to everything we were seeing. I can’t recommend him enough! The organisation by Ha Giang Loopers was flawless. And I can say that with confidence because I researched a lot of other operators and ended up picking them for my trip. Everything ran smoothly, from day-to-day logistics to overall timing. The food was delicious, local, and thoughtfully chosen, and the accommodation exceeded expectations every night. Our group was small, just 4 people, which allowed us to consciously avoid big crowds. The Easy Riders are all extremely professional when navigating sometimes challenging roads and always prioritise safety. On top of that, they are genuinely kind, funny, and great company.
