Policy - Ha Giang Loopers

Full payment is required before joining the tour. Guests who have not completed payment cannot join the tour.
Full refund is available if the guest cancels more than 7 days before departure, unless a different policy was clearly stated at booking.
No refund applies within 7 days before departure or for no-shows, late arrival, missed bus, or missed tour departure caused by the guest.
If weather, landslide, road closure, or force majeure affects the tour, Ha Giang Loopers will try to offer a safe solution, but the cancellation policy still applies unless confirmed otherwise in writing.

Ha Giang is a mountain area. Weather, road conditions, visibility, and landslides can change quickly and may affect the tour.
Ha Giang Loopers has the final right to decide whether the tour is safe to start, continue, delay, reroute, shorten, or stop.
Routes, timing, viewpoints, meals, activities, or accommodation may change for safety, road conditions, availability, or local regulations.
Guests must wear helmets properly and follow all instructions from guides and Easy Riders. Unsafe behavior may lead to removal from the tour without refund.

Self-riders must have a driving licence legally accepted in Vietnam. This may include a valid Vietnamese licence, ASEAN licence, or 1968 IDP with the home country licence, depending on the guest’s situation.
Self-riders are fully responsible for their licence, riding behavior, police fines, traffic violations, accidents, injuries, and damage to the motorbike.
No alcohol is allowed before or during self-riding. Guests who appear unsafe, drunk, reckless, or unable to control the bike may be refused self-riding.
Motorbike damage for self-riders will be assessed fairly, usually by a local mechanic. If the guest purchased extra bike damage insurance, coverage follows that policy.

Meals are mainly local Vietnamese food. Some dishes may be unfamiliar to foreign guests, but they are part of the local travel experience.
Vegetarian, vegan, allergy, or special food requests must be clearly informed before the tour and repeated to the guide before departure. We will prepare agreed requests as much as possible.
Basic travel insurance is included according to Ha Giang Loopers policy. Guests should still buy their own travel insurance for stronger protection, especially for medical care, motorcycle activities, evacuation, and trip interruption.
Guests are responsible for their own health, medical conditions, medication, hospital bills, emergency transport, and related costs. Ha Giang Loopers will assist as much as reasonably possible in emergencies.

Guests are responsible for their own passports, cash, phones, cameras, drones, luggage, and other personal items. Ha Giang Loopers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
Guests must respect local people, ethnic minority communities, guides, Easy Riders, other guests, homestays, and Vietnamese law.
Illegal drugs, weapons, violence, harassment, discrimination, dangerous behavior, and illegal activities are not allowed. Smoking must follow local rules. Vaping is not allowed where prohibited by Vietnamese law.
Ha Giang Loopers may use tour photos and videos for marketing. Guests can tell us if they prefer not to be featured, and we will try to respect that preference.
